After earning notoriety in some of the best restaurants in New York, Chef Gavin Kaysen intended that his first restaurant in his hometown of Minneapolis reflect his vision for hospitality and passion for extraordinary cuisine. Cresa identified a former stable which was attached to a historic building in the trendy North Loop. The interior was opened wide, capturing natural light and emphasizing high ceilings to create a unique environment. The dramatic bar area, glass-enclosed wine cellar, and open kitchen set the scene for extraordinary guest experiences, even before the menu is on the table.
