Seward Community Co-op’s Friendship store was designed to be a full-service, environmentally responsible grocery store that brought healthy foods to more neighborhoods, and fostered community programs. Seward Co-op’s management team relied on Cresa’s leadership through a complex land assemblage and entitlement process, experience with new market tax credits and community relations, and innovative thinking during the design and construction phase.
