Ottobock

Cresa led the strategic planning process by analyzing Ottobock’s existing facilities and working with the executive team to rationalize North American operations. The national site selection process included a labor, logistics, and economic incentives study, and validated a relocation from Minnesota to occupy a new build-to-suit headquarters in Texas. Cresa also worked closely with the architect, general contractor, and city officials to ensure that the project finished on time and within budget.
