Over a two-year period, Cresa Minneapolis managed and delivered over 450,000 square feet in office, production, storage, and parking space for Unison. Cresa worked with leadership to determine project timing, budget, and funding solutions as new requirements were defined. While leading Unison's program, Cresa's identified multiple cost savings options, which totaled more than double Cresa's project management fee. Cresa also secured $520,000 in economic incentives tied to Unison’s job creation, capital investment, and environmentally-sustainable practices.
