Olympus was over budget on their new build-to-suit facility when Cresa joined the project. Cresa led a detailed value-engineering process to successfully reduce costs and deliver the project on schedule.

The project required increased amounts of labor and resources to make the state-of-the-art cleanroom available for occupancy within six months of breaking ground.
