Minnesota Epilepsy Group

Cresa recently supported Minnesota Epilepsy Group (MEG) in the development of their new 18,000 SF medical clinic located in Roseville, MN. The process started with a thorough strategic planning process which helped narrow down the size of the clinic and possible locations. We then represented MEG with the lease negotiations, which included sizeable allowances to build out the clinic as needed. Following transaction management, Cresa acted as the owner's rep to MEG and managed the construction of the new clinic from start to finish. This included managing construction timelines, as well as identifying an architect and general contractor.

Upon completion of construction, Cresa managed the relocation from their existing clinic. This included identifying furniture vendors and overseeing the successful clinic grand opening.
