Hudson Physicians

Hudson Physicians is an independently owned clinic staffing over 40 providers offering Primary Care, Sports/Spine and Occupational Medicine services. In the last five years, they have experienced significant growth and began exploring new locations and their broader real estate strategy. Cresa put structure to this discussion and helped identify several locations for a new health campus. The result will be a 150,000 SF facility with multiple tenants. Cresa is actively engaged in managing the construction project and will support relocation efforts upon project completion.
