Jon joins Cresa Minneapolis with nearly 16 years of experience in commercial property valuation and tax consulting on both the private and public sides. Throughout his career he has been fortunate to gain experience in property tax litigation and negotiation from some of the best. He has a degree in Real Estate from St. Cloud State University, a Certified General Appraisal License and a Senior Accredited Minnesota Assessor (SAMA) license. His background includes working on Office, Retail, Industrial, Apartments, Hotels, Senior Housing, Self Storage and Land. This unique mix of experience allows him to find fair conclusions that make sense for the client. Jon has a team-first attitude and relies on relationships to get the job done.
