Andrew’s main focus is representing tenants on site selection, lease renewals, and dispositions. Prior to joining Cresa, Andrew gained valuable commercial real estate experience as both an agent and a developer. Andrew graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in real estate and started his career in brokerage with the Upland Real Estate Group. There, he represented both landlords and tenants on retail leasing, land sales, mixed-use leasing, and office leasing matters. He then joined a local construction company as a multifamily developer where he sourced and qualified new and potential development locations, performed due diligence on sites, negotiated with city staff officials and underwrote proformas.
