Elijah is a hard-working advisor focused on representing tenants on lease renewals, acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic planning. He is dedicated to his clients through transparency, innovative solutions, and excellence delivering clients a transaction experience free of stress and confusion. He partners with clients to understand their needs and identify real estate solutions that meet their business demands.
Prior to joining Cresa, Elijah gained valuable experience in commercial real estate through his involvement with his family’s Twin Cities’ CRE portfolio including restaurants, strip malls, office space, and multi-family. Additionally, during his time at the Kelley School of Business – Indiana University, he joined the Real Estate Club and enjoyed attending panels with industry experts and participating in a wide range of case competitions. Elijah was faculty-selected to participate in an exclusive program, The Commercial Real Estate Workshop, focused on preparing students for careers in real estate through high-level real estate financial modeling, alternative operating models, brokerage, and real estate fundamentals. Following graduation Elijah joined Lee & Associates as an Associate where he assessed properties and completed Broker’s Opinion of Value, analyzed rent rolls, underwrote proformas for investment opportunities and identified properties for industrial development.
