As a project manager, Mike oversees site selection, facility development, project financing, design and construction, schedule, budget, and vendor selection. Mike has extensive experience managing the design and construction of healthcare and foodservice projects ranging in size and budgets from $17M to $20M. He has developed exceptional knowledge in energy management, sustainability, building codes and standards, utility infrastructure, BMS systems, food safety, and OSHA and healthcare regulations.
